When students struggle with the transition into the workforce, it's likely because they lack understanding around the expectations of being a working professional. However, we cannot blame students for not having workplace skills if we did not teach them. I founded Aspire to Intern to help students secure internships and gain real-world experience, but also to equip them with the career skills to be competent professionals before they enter the workplace.
